The video will not open
Try the sample video in the editor. If the sample works but your file does not, its codec may be unsupported. Try MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Renaming a file extension does not change its codec.

If you skip the first segment and the interval exceeds the video length, the whole video is removed. Start with Keep or choose a shorter interval. Keep and skip counts must each be between 1 and 10.
Audio cuts off after a jump
Audio is cut with the video. Increase the interval or try 2 keep · 1 skip to retain longer passages. Compare Original and Edited modes. The editor does not detect sentence boundaries automatically.
Export is cancelled when switching tabs
Keep the Patah Studio tab active and your screen unlocked until the download link appears. Export is cancelled when the page is hidden to avoid incomplete recordings caused by browser throttling.
Another app does not accept WebM
Check which formats your destination app supports. Patah Studio exports WebM; use a separate converter if you need MP4. See the export and audio guide.
Prepare an issue report
The tool below prepares a summary to copy, download or open as an email draft addressed to Patah Studio. No message is sent automatically. Describe your settings and the steps that caused the problem. Avoid sensitive information and private videos.
Your report summary
If you send a report by email, the owner receives your sender address and message to respond to your question. You can request deletion using the same email address. See the privacy policy.
